Flexitarian Cookbook

I came across the Flexitarian Cookbook while browsing the web last night and I thought I'd share with you lovelies. The cookbook is a compilation of flexible recipes for both vegetarians and carnivores and there are no print copies yet. They are currently raising print funds, with all proceeds going to charity. Check out the video:

  7. such a great idea...i wonder why someone didn't think of it earlier.

my husband was raised vegetarian and still prefers mostly meatless meals, so this would be perfect for us!

  10. What a brilliant idea. I hope they manage to raise enough funds to print it. So many people panic when they hear a vegetarian is coming to dinner and really, America doesn't eat nearly enough vegetables. I'd love to taste test these recipes.
