Happy weekend!

Happy weekend everyone! What will you be up to during the break? Jay and I will be joining (so not competing!) this road run under the 5k category on Sunday, so I'm pretty sure I will be too weak to wake up Monday morning! Haha. Unlike Jay, I'm not much of a runner so I would totally need all the rest Saturday to be able to drag myself to the finish line. Wish me luck! Have you gotten any exercise lately? Hope you all have a lovely weekend!

  2. Dinner and drinks with the girls tonight...or maybe dinner and "Valentine's Day," depending on how we feel. We have a baptism to go to on Sunday. And my husband might drag me to the car show in between.

  8. Have a fantastic weekend and a fun 5K run! I've been working up to a half marathon but I've had some problems with a pulled muscle. Definitely rest up on Saturday -- it's always good not to work too hard before a longer run.

  15. 21k Brandi? wow! Never dreamed of it. Jay does like 100k runs and some are mountain roads too! I dunno how he does it.

    Olive Juice, a friend of mine also recommended bikram yoga, but I've never tried it. Glad it's working for you!

  17. Wow, good luck! :) Make sure to stretch lots afterwards so you're not too sore! Or you can just treat yourself to a nice body massage afterwards :) Have a wonderful weekend!
